In the context of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, Portugal will present its second National Voluntary Report (RVN) in July this year, which, more than a exercise of reflection and to collect and report information on the progress made in the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and its 169 targets, aims to critically assess this challenge and catalyse a new cycle of implementation, both at national and subnational (regional and local) levels.
In this exercise, the participation of the diferente domains of the civil society is essential. To this goal, the Ministers Council Presidency, together with the Governments of the Autonomous Regions and the Commissions for Coordination and Regional Development (CCDR), is carrying out Participatory Assemblies dedicated to listen the territorial actors in an interactive and informal event.
In each Assembly, citizens can apply to have the chance to participate. Registration is mandatory through this link.
Any questions should be sent to the following contact: agenda2030@sg.pcm.gov.pt.
Sign up for the last Participatory Assembly to be held at the Municipal Library of Palmela, on March 29, between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, with reception on site from 9:30 am.
