CCDR LVT, I.P. went to Brussels to launch the Innovation Working Group (iWG) that coordinates within the Atlantic Arc Commission (CAA), in which it holds the 1st Vice-Presidency.
To begin the work foreseen in the Action Plan for 2024, the Regions of Portugal, Spain, France, Wales and Quebec and numerous stakeholders were involved in a true co-creation process for the construction of an “Innovation Made In Atlantic” Catalog, to be presented in October at the scale of the Atlantic cooperation area.
In order for this Catalog to be a true reflection of what happens in the Regions in cooperation, we invite all those interested and with experience in Innovation to follow this CCDR initiative, participating in the actions that will be organized throughout the year*.
The aim is to stimulate a broad debate about what we are talking about when the topic is Atlantic Innovation Projects and how this Catalog can become a true tool to deepen cohesion between the Innovation ecosystems of these Regions and find cooperation opportunities for scale up projects and increase territorial impact.
The initiative was part of the HUB MEETINGS organized annually by CAA to present the Action Plans of the 9 Working Groups dedicated to the themes of Innovation; Tourism and Culture; Fisheries and Aquaculture; Marine Renewable Energy; Ocean Pollution; Cooperation with non-EU countries; Atlantic Strategy; Transport and a task force “Exploring the Atlantic Macro-Region”.
